RETURN POLICY

 

Non-Inventory/Special Order Items: Any item that is ordered specific for the patient may not be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective. If the product is damaged or defective, Frontier Home Medical must be contacted within 5 days of receiving the ordered equipment. All special orders must be paid in full prior to the order being placed. Shipping and handling charges will apply.

 

Rehab Equipment (purchase only, including but not limited to Wheelchairs, Scooters, Seat Lift Chairs, Hospital Beds, Patient Lifts, CPAP, BiPAP, Oxygen, Equipment): Rehab equipment may be returned to Frontier Home Medical within 30 days of delivery if the equipment provided does not adequately meet the patient’s medical needs as prescribed by their physician. Unopened supplies with no evidence of damage may be considered for return.

 

Personal Hygiene Products: These items may not be returned to Frontier Home Medical once delivery has taken place.

 

Specialty Rehab Equipment (including but not limited to power mobility devices): These items may not be returned to Frontier Home Medical once delivery has taken place.
