How should I store my enteral?
Liquid enteral: Store unopened containers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or air vents. Store opened containers in the refrigerator while not in use and use within 24 hours.
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items?
We understand mistakes will occasionally occur. Please call us as soon as possible at 888.326.3818 so we can resolve your issues.
How do I reorder my monthly supplies and/or formula?
You can place a product refill by calling us at 888.326.3818 or through our online reorder form. You may also order monthly via email communication by emailing our Resupply department directly at resupply@frontierhomemedical.com. For your wellbeing and insurance purposes, we will need to speak with you every month when placing your refill order.
Will you contact me monthly to fill my enteral order or see if I need supplies?
Absolutely! We call all patients monthly to check on supply status and to verify that you need more supplies.
What is needed from my doctor or myself to start receiving enteral nutritional products?
In order to bill your insurance, we will need a current prescription for the enteral. We are happy to help you with this if you have recently had an appointment with your primary care physician. Once we have your information and your current doctor’s name, we will facilitate obtaining all necessary paperwork to make the process as easy as possible for you.
